To Find Your Septic Tank
Click here for an example

• Find exit pipe in house (usually in basement under bathroom window)
• Tank is usually 6 – 8 feet out of the exit pipe
• Usually a solid side and grey water side
• Lid on both sides
• Best to expose both sides and have pumped
• If problems arise when trying to locate septic tanks, Central Sanitation has specialized equipment to locate.

Locate Services

So often our customers do not know where their septic tank is located. Central Sanitation offers a septic tank locate service. This service can be great for not only locating your septic tank and leaching bed, but also before you dig around your yard and/or begin building on your property.

A transmitter is fed into the outgoing line from your house to the septic tank, a handheld tracker allows for us to locate your tank. The optic cable and video scope allows for our servicemen to see inside the drain pipe and make you aware of any problems that may be inside the septic tank.
